If security deposit is paid with cash, a surcharge of EUR 30 applies for departures before 08:15, payable upon arrival and check-out would not be possible before 06:00. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. A great location - the apartment was located in the city center, it was really close to everything. The place is really cozy, nice and clean. If I travel to Nice again, I will for sure choose this apartment again!

The apartment is conveniently located near the beach, city centre, supermarkets, top pastry shops, and various dining options. It is also well equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, iron, TV, and vacuum cleaner. The pantry functions like a wardrobe or closet.. The sofa is extendable and serves as a bed. There are provided 4 coffee capsules (Nespresso style), tea bags with a water boiler, 2 capsules for the washing machine, and 2 capsules for the dishwasher.
